In the Beginning:

Vendweb.com went online March 30th 1999 when owner Lindel Creed became an independent sales agent for New Vending Machine manufactures.

Lindel worked in the vending industry many years prior to creating Vendweb.Com and held such positions as National Service Manger for Lektro-Vend Corporation and National Customer Service Manager for U-Select-It a division of the Wittern Group.

While serving in the vending machine manufacturing industry Lindel was responsible for the setting up and training of new distributors as well as the responsibility of managing the various trade shows and training schools these companies participated in.

Lindel's knowledge and design insight of Vending Machines has assisted in the revolution and design of two major machines in the vending industry today.

After moving to North Carolina to be close to his father Lindel joined a National Refurbishing center where he was assigned the duties of running the day to day operations of the company.

In the Spring of 1999 Lindel saw a opportunity to better service vending machine operators with a 24 hour online service and sales website.
The internet was growing at a fast rate and with it came an opportunity for companies to provide a better service to its customers by giving them a place where they could shop for vending machines as well as find answers to service questions and other information at the conveyance of their time.

Since many vending operators work their routes during the day they needed a place where they could do research on vending machines as well as get information on other vending industry topics 24 hours a day, and with that in mind Vendweb.Com was created.

Vendweb has grown many times over from the small website it started out as in 1999
